The Seeland Bolton Fleece Waistcoat is a warm and lightweight thermos fleece in Hollow Fiber. Features 2 front zip pockets and elasticated hem and cuffs on jacket. The Fleece can be used both as a mid-layer on cold days and outer layer in the warmer months.
